The Pavani Precision Post Pelleting Liquid Application System is designed for the accurate application of liquid additives onto finished feed pellets after the pelleting process.
The system applies controlled quantities of liquid additives inside a specially designed coating chamber using a precision diaphragm metering pump and spray nozzle assembly. This ensures uniform coating of pellets while preserving the effectiveness of heat-sensitive additives.
The complete process is controlled through an industrial PLC with HMI interface for accurate operation, monitoring, and report generation.
